The Customer Care Agent will provide technical problem resolution to the customers
by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.

The support will be provided by clearly communicating
technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

Up to $3,800 weekly pay

Skills and Competencies:

  • Fully bilingual (spanish and english)

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Support Representative in Telecommunications or any Technical Account.

  • Knowledge on GSM, LTE and prepaid mobile services.

  • Bachelor degree (preferred).

  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.

  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
