Big News: We’re Expanding!
At GGA Claim Solutions, our commitment to integrity is at the core of everything we do. Before we entered the insurance sector, we operated as a business process outsourcing company. While we now focus on a different industry than our parent company, our core values remain unchanged: delivering exceptional service and ensuring a quality client experience.
We started from humble beginnings, so we’re proud to announce that we began the construction of our new operations center in Puebla, Mexico in September 2024. Our new center, now named GGA Tower (Torre GGA in Spanish), will add 300+ seats to our current capacity, a key component that will allow us to to support our continued growth in 2025.
Our New Tower Opens in November 2024
Our new tower is located less than 10 minutes from Valcob Tower where we have three floors of operation and more than 500 team members in capacity. This building is in the heart of Puebla, with access to all major public transportation routes. The first floor of the tower will officially open in late November 2024. The other two floors are expected to be completed 45-50 days later. With this exciting expansion, we’re thrilled to continue to provide you with the best claims management services, talent, and support.
